Fostering Hope Respite Night

Being a foster or kinship parent can be beautiful and rewarding - it can also be very demanding! We want to offer foster and kinship parents in Muskingum County the opportunity to have a well deserved break!

At North Terrace, one of our values is “One More Family Strengthened”. We strive to support families in many ways, including hosting Respite Nights for foster and kinship families. 

On Saturday, November 8, 2025 our Fostering Hope ministry is hosting a Respite Night, so that parents and guardians can enjoy a much needed evening to themselves, while their kids have fun in a safe environment.

Programming will be provided for infants through 6th grade. All children from your family within those age groups are eligible to attend. The event is FREE!

Check-in for the event will begin at 3pm and programming will begin at 3:30pm. Pick-ups can begin at 6:30pm to be completed by 7:15pm.

All volunteers will complete a background check.

PLEASE REGISTER EACH CHILD INDIVIDUALLY, NOT THE PARENT. ALSO PLEASE COMPLETE THE MEDICAL LIABILITY RELEASE FORM.

Work places typically have firewalls in place to prevent people from signing up for things. Please register your kids from a personal device. If you do not get a confirmation email then the registration did not go through.
